Return & Refund Policy
1. General
For hygiene and product-safety reasons, opened or delivered TCM health products, drinks and topical products are not eligible for change-of-mind returns or refunds.
2. Eligible Claims
We will arrange a replacement or refund in these cases:
- Wrong item delivered
- Missing item(s) in the parcel
- Damaged in transit
- Defective / expired product
3. How to Claim
Contact us within 3 days of receipt via WhatsApp 011-2833 3938 with your order number and photos / unboxing video. After verification we will arrange the replacement or refund.
4. Refund Method
Approved refunds are returned via the original payment method within 7–14 working days.
5. Exclusions
Promotional bundles, free gifts, and used / opened items without quality defects are non-returnable.
