Shipping Policy

• Coverage: Within Malaysia only (West & East Malaysia).
• Fees: Free shipping over RM100; otherwise a flat RM10.
• Processing: Order before 2pm on a working day for same-day dispatch; orders after 2pm are dispatched the next working day.
• Delivery: After dispatch, about 2–3 working days for West Malaysia and 3–5 working days for East Malaysia (subject to adjustment in special cases).
• Tracking: Your tracking number is updated on the order after dispatch.
