Welcome to the YKhang TCM online store. By browsing this website, creating an account or placing an order, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to the following terms. If you do not agree, please do not use this website.
1. Orders & Pricing
All prices are shown in MYR (RM), inclusive of applicable charges, with no SST added. We may accept or cancel any order due to stock, pricing errors or other reasonable grounds; if an order you have paid for is cancelled, you will be refunded in full. Promotional and bundle prices are valid during the campaign period and while stocks last.
2. Payment
We accept credit card / FPX online banking (via the Fiuu payment gateway) and bank transfer / DuitNow QR. For bank transfer, please complete payment after ordering and WhatsApp your payment proof with the order number to 011-2833 3938. An order is confirmed only once payment is received.
3. Shipping
We ship within Malaysia only. Enjoy free shipping over RM100; otherwise a flat RM10 applies. See our Shipping Policy for delivery times and details.
4. Returns & Refunds
For hygiene and safety reasons, opened / delivered health products, drinks and topical items are not eligible for change-of-mind returns. Wrong, missing, transit-damaged or defective items may be replaced or refunded — see our Return & Refund Policy.
5. Product & Health Disclaimer
Our products are traditional Chinese medicine / health supplements intended for wellness and are not a substitute for any medication, nor for professional medical diagnosis and treatment. Results vary between individuals and no specific cure is guaranteed. If you are pregnant, breastfeeding, have a chronic condition, are taking medication or are allergic to any ingredient, please consult a TCM practitioner or doctor before use and follow the label instructions.
6. Account & Membership
You must provide true and complete registration details and keep your password secure; you are responsible for all activity under your account. Membership points / benefits follow the rules we publish, and we may adjust or discontinue the membership programme.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on this website (text, images, trademarks, logos, design) belongs to YKHANG TRADING SDN BHD and its brand owners, is protected by law, and may not be copied, reproduced or used commercially without written permission.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from the use of this website or our products; our total liability is limited to the amount you actually paid for the relevant order.
9. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Updates take effect once posted on this page. Your continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
10. Governing Law & Disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from these terms or a transaction shall first be resolved amicably; failing that, it shall be submitted to the competent courts of Malaysia.
