Ingredients

  • Codonopsis (Dang Shen) 50g
  • Red dates (Hong Zao) 60g
  • Black dates (Nan Zao) 30g
  • Longan (Gui Yuan) 15g

Directions for Use

Brew by gas cooker: place the tea pack into about 3000ml of water and cook for about 2 hours; can be drunk throughout the whole day.
