Directions for Use

Consume after discharged from hospital. DAY 1 - Sheng Hua Soup: by gas cooker, 3 bowls water (250ml x3), cook without meat, leave 1 bowl (250ml), drink directly. DAY 2-28 - Method 1 by gas cooker: 4 bowls water (250ml x4), cook with or without meat, leave 1 bowl (250ml). Method 2 by slow cooker: 2.5 bowls water (250ml x2 + 125ml), cook with or without meat, leave 1 bowl (250ml) - can be split into 2 meals. (Schedule also pairs with Aiziekoh Red Date Tea brewed by gas cooker, and Mama/Baby herbal bath; gold package items eaten on designated days.)
