• Erodium Stephanianum (老鹳草 / Heron's Bill): dispels wind-damp, invigorates blood and unblocks the collaterals
• Boswellia Carterii (Frankincense / 乳香): invigorates blood and moves Qi, reduces swelling and promotes tissue regeneration
• Myrrha (Myrrh / 没药): dispels stasis and relieves pain, reduces swelling and promotes tissue regeneration

Directions for Use

Topical cream — apply directly to sore/painful areas. Directions: first clean the area to be applied, take an appropriate amount and apply evenly to the affected area (shoulders, neck, lower back, arms, knees, etc.), then gently massage until absorbed.
